National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA)

Jennifer is responsible for health literacy project initiatives. Jennifer joined NALA in 1997 as their first communications officer. Jennifer, who holds a Diploma in Plain English, introduced plain English to the agency and other government agencies. She has been responsible for commissioning and managing IT projects such as www.literacytools.ie. She has an MA in Sociology (UCC) and a postgraduate diploma in public relations (DIT).
