Tracey took up her post as the Chief Executive of the Health Information and Quality Authority in August 2006. Her previous role was as Deputy Head and Director of Operations for the NHS Clinical Governance Support Team in England. Her previous experience includes working clinically in Accident and Emergency, emergency care services and health system reform.
Tracey has worked in and advised on a variety of different health systems, served on a number of national task forces in the UK, worked closely with health improvement bodies in the UK and with the health and social care system in Northern Ireland.
